Animal Encounter show, a 3D Virtual Reality experience, and educational programs. For families with younger children, there’s also an early childhood area called the Mini Museum.
The Brevard Zoo is another great place to learn about local wildlife. Located 30 minutes from Cocoa Beach, the Brevard Zoo is an open-air environment that allows visitors to interact with the animals. The zoo also offers train rides, kayak tours, and aerial activities.
The museum also offers a Children’s Museum and summer camps for young children. It also hosts educator resources such as classroom materials and podcasts. Admission to the museum is free. There are also programs for adults, including adult education opportunities. There’s even a library where teachers can find information on teaching science.
